My idea is this. I will e-mail again once I know when Joan will be home from rehab, and we should start cooking. At that point, please post a comment when you know what day you would like to provide Joan with a meal and what you will be bringing. Prior to making that decision, check the blog to make sure that no one else is bringing food that day and so that we can vary the diet we're providing.

Terry Pitt: I'm bringing chicken salad on a bed of greens with a dish of fresh pineapple for two on August XX, late morning so it can be lunch or dinner.
When Joan the Kneedy returns home I will be available to make and bring food to her. I think this is such a creative blog!
Maria and I will be at Joan's house to greet her home on Wednesday and will bring her lunch and dinner for that day. We are bringing roast chicken (Costco's best :)), broccoli salad, and tossed green salad. Joan told me today that she could eat chicken everyday, so don't worry if that is what you are planning to bring.

This is Leslie commenting. The only night that I can provide a meal for Joan is Monday because I work until 6:30 other nights. So I can take care of Monday, August 18. I will check with Joan and Eileen to find out what will be best to bring, then I'll comment again to update everyone.
Leslie here again. For this past Monday night Joan said they had plenty of food. I will take care of a meal for Joan and her companion for next Monday night.
